The new school year is approaching rapidly, and we are gearing up for our annual Read to Succeed Program Kickoff Reception. This event has been extremely well-attended and successful in previous years, and we encourage all past and prospective volunteer tutors and sponsors to attend. The reception is planned for Thursday, October 18th, 2007 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. It will be held at The Fleming Law Group, 2701 5th Avenue North, St. Petersburg (next to St. Petersburg High School).

We are actively recruiting volunteer attorneys, judges, paralegals, law students, and other legal professionals for the 2007-08 tutoring program, which begins with a training/orientation session on November 28, 2007 and concludes on March 5, 2008. Click here to download a Volunteer Application.
